If you buy a license and change your mind, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no interrogation. Just send the email address you bought with to akhilgorantala1@gmail.com.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually takes a few business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

Once refunded, your key is added to the revocation list and stops working in the next Dowser release. Please uninstall Dowser after a refund. You're welcome to buy again later if you change your mind.
