Dowser is a product of Stream Alert LLC (“we,” “us,” the “Company”). Dowser, meaning the browser extension, the local software that ships with it, its license and activation system, and this website, is owned by Stream Alert LLC and protected by copyright, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Your license gives you the right to use Dowser. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

What you may not do

You agree not to, and not to help, encourage, or permit anyone else to:

Consequences

These restrictions are a material condition of your license. If you break them, your license terminates immediately and automatically, and the license key involved may be revoked.

Dowser's code, algorithms, and license system are the intellectual property, and in part the trade secrets, of Stream Alert LLC. Reverse engineering, cracking, tampering, or key piracy causes us real and irreparable harm. We will enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking injunctive relief, actual and statutory damages, and recovery of our attorneys' fees and costs. Nothing on this page limits any other remedy available to us.

Responsible disclosure

Found a security issue? We would much rather hear from you than find out the hard way. Email akhilgorantala1@gmail.com with the details and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. Good-faith security research reported this way is welcome, and the “what you may not do” section above is not aimed at you.

Who we are
